1. Where is my order?

It will take between 3 and 5 days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 days for the delivery of your product(s). If it has been more than 10 days, and you have a US mailing address, please contact us.

2. How do I use a promotion code?

Most promotions apply automatically at checkout. If you have a discount code or coupon it has to be entered in the box which states ‘Coupon code’, enter your promotion code and click the Apply Coupon button.

3. Part of my order is missing

Depending on your order and/or order quantity, your shipment may include more than one package. This is more common in orders containing posters or uncut sheets. Package details may be printed on your despatch note or direclty on your package. Please be sure to check any shipments that you recieve to confirm that you have multiple packages in one order (Ex. 1of 2).

We will refund any payment taken for items not sent. Please visit our contact page if there are problems and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you as quickly as we can.

4. Can I track my order?

Tracking information can be made available upon request. Tracking may not be available on some International orders. Please allow the full delivery time before contacting.

5. Do I have to create an account to shop with you?

No, but creating an account is really simple to do and once your set up you’ll be able to check out faster, save frequent addresses, and be the first to hear about competitions, offers and discounts.

6. I would like to make a wholesale order.

We welcome all interest in wholesale orders. Please note that the minimum for wholesale pricing is 50 decks. If you are interested in becoming a retailer, please send us a note on our contact form.

1. What is the difference between the Blvck Spades (black) and Blvck Standard (red/white) decks?

The Blvck Spades (black) deck was designed for the card game Spades. Although you can still play any card game with the Blvck Spades deck, it has special coloring and markings to make it better suited for the game Spades. (See the images in the description).

The Blvck Standard decks (red/white) are our standard decks. They have the exact same court & general design as the Blvck Spades deck, but they don’t have the markings and coloring that the Blvck Spades deck does. We created these decks so that people could still enjoy our decks without feeling like they could only be used to play Spades.
